Exchanges Only – No Refunds
All exchange requests must be made within 7 days of purchase. We do not offer cash or card refunds under any circumstances.
Exchanges are accepted on unopened items only. Opened items are not eligible for exchange regardless of the reason.
In-store purchases must be exchanged at the store of purchase only. Online purchases must be posted to our warehouse; drop-offs at any retail store will not be accepted.
Exchange Policy
We understand that certain circumstances can lead you to re-evaluate your purchase. If you wish to exchange a product, please email us within the allowable timeframe and our team will assist you.
All exchange requests will be evaluated on the following conditions:
- Item(s) must be submitted for exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The product must be unopened, unused, and in resalable condition. Original tags must still be attached (if applicable).
- Packaging must be in its original condition as received. If the product is sealed, the seal must be intact upon return.
- Tester samples and loose oils (white/blue and black label oils) are not eligible for exchange.
Please note that we do not offer cash or card refunds under any circumstances. Approved requests will be processed as an exchange only.
Please contact us as soon as possible to ensure prompt processing of your exchange request. Make certain that the product is returned in the same condition as received.
A few tips to help facilitate a smooth exchange:
- If the original packaging is not available, use a sturdy box with newspaper or padding to minimise movement during transport.
- You are responsible for any damage during transport caused by unsuitable packaging.
- Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
- Always use a traceable delivery method when posting your item to avoid disputes and minimise the risk of a lost parcel.
