Q1. Is every product sold from Private Blends Australia authentic and not fake?

A1.We unconditionally guarantee that all products that you purchase from our website are genuine and authentic. We only deal directly with established manufacturers or distributors. In some instances, we work with trusted suppliers who purchase directly from the same manufacturers or distributors. You are welcome to perform your own assessment, and we confidently provide customers with a 30-day money-back guarantee in any such instance.

Q2. What if I prefer to pick up my purchase from the site?

A2.At this point we do not offer pick-up services in order to keep costs down and product prices consistently affordable.

Q3. What methods of payment can I use?

A3.We accept direct credit card entry on our website (Visa, Mastercard, Amex and a few others), as well as PayPal transactions.

Q4. Is it safe and secure to give you my credit card details?

Q5. Do you deliver to other countries apart from Australia?

A5.Yes we do, with international orders we will try to find the fastest and safest way to ship your goods. If your country has certain restrictions on flammable goods please do let us know.

A6.$9.95 per order for purchases under $100, Free delivery for orders over $100.

Q7. When can I expect my order to be delivered?

A7.2-5 business days Australia-wide including most country areas.
4-7 business days for WA, North Queensland and most areas in NT outside Alice Springs and Darwin

Q8. The product that I would like to purchase is out of stock. When can I expect it to be available again?

A8.It would usually depend on the product you intend to purchase. We recommend that you contact us and quote the product that you wish to purchase. One of our friendly customer service staff will get back to you with a confirmed date of availability.
Alternatively, when a product is out of stock, you can enter your email address on the product page, and you will be notified once that particular product is back in available status.

A14. As an online business, we work hard to keep our prices low by cutting out the high costs associated with maintaining a retail store and facilities. In order to provide our customers with the very best prices, all Our products are available for delivery only. We do not offer a pickup facility. To ensure you pick the right fragrance we have sample options available for almost all our products for you to test before purchasing the full bottle.
